Can I add my name, text or logo to a gift?
Yes. Products that can be personalised show their options on the product page. For anything you do not see there, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is possible.
Do you take bulk and corporate orders?
Yes. Use Get a bulk quote, or message us on WhatsApp, with the product, quantity and branding you need. We confirm pricing and timelines with you directly.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch orders within 1-3 business days of confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location and order size, and bulk corporate orders may take longer. We confirm the timeline for those with you.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we ship across India, and local delivery within Pune is available for most orders. Courier charges may apply depending on weight and destination. You can check your pincode on the product page.
Can I return a personalised item?
Because most items are personalised or made to order, we cannot accept returns once an item has been customised. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes, we issue GST invoices. If you need something specific on yours, tell us on WhatsApp.
